Welcome Friends!

This space is a soft place to land amidst the noise and chaos of the world. If you stop by my house in real life, I’ll make you a cup of tea, and we’ll chat and relax. Here, our time together will be virtual, but I trust its just as refreshing! Pour yourself a hot drink, and lets visit in the quiet of my digital home. Delighted you are here!

Why I Love What I Do

As a third culture kid growing up in the 90’s, my earliest food memories include my mom turning fresh local produce and meat into simple stir fries and curries in our small Mumbai apartment kitchen.

Chai was served in little white cups several times a day, as is the norm in many South Asian homes.

Food was always shared. Life (even though messy), was always shared. Heartfelt conversations took less of an effort. Somewhere along the way, we collectively lost the ability to simply share life.

I wanted to create a space to share my reflections on faith, life, and my love for food with friends, to inspire wholehearted living.

This is Chai Musings, and this is just the beginning.
